Configuring Server Management
While viewing the
"Server - Per Month" page can choose the options that represent each
server you need managed.
Each choice you modify, will alter the price of the service accordingly.
You need to specifiy one
server configuration for each unique
server in your
company.
For example, if you have a Microsoft Small
Business server, and a seperate Application
server, and a Linux web
server, build a seperate item for your cart, for each different
server.
If you have a rack of 10 linux files servers you want managed, and everything is the same about them, you could simply make one single
server configuration here, and use quantity ten.
First, choose the operating system.
Second, specify if the
server is a Microsoft Domain Controller, or hosts Apple Open Directory
Third, choose if the
server is a Mail
Server, like Exchange Server
Fourth, select if the
server is running SQL
Server which we need to manage
Fifth, choose if this is a physical
server or if
it is hosted or "virtual" were we do not need to manage the physical hardware
Sixth, select if the hardware we are managing is "under warranty" or if there is no manufacturers warranty on the equipment
Next, select if this
server is a Microsoft Remote Desktop
Services server, formerlly known as Terminal Services
Finnaly, choose if this
server is hosting a web
server, and if so, what kind.
Once you have selected all the options that apply for the specific
server configuration want you to price out, then click Add to cart.
Your Quote Cart will update. Now you can configure additional servers, OR if your ready to look at other
management products we offer, to build a complete cart, then you should look below at "Related Products" and you can choose Desktop or
Network management products to configure, and add to your Quote Cart.
Once your quote cart is complete, you can check out and
it will issue a request for our sales department to contact you to go over
it and get our
management services started for your organization.
